Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In case of cancelation of your booking,a cancellation fee will be charged according to the calculation formula below.

*If the cancellation rate is less than 30%, no cancellation fee. Cancellation rate is rounded 10%.
*The cancellation date will be calculated from the date of receipt by our company (weekdays after 17:00 and holidays will be received as the next business day)
*If the booking is canceled after being changed from original book, the first booking offer date will be counted as the booking date starting date.
*After the cancellation, refunds or offsets are not refused even if it is unavoidable.

2.Submission of terms of use <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In case of the first time using, please fill out the necessary information in the Terms of Service. Please return the terms of service and identification card (Copy of passport) by email or Inquiry form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment will be done by cash or credit card at the reception on the 4th floor 5 minutes before the start of use on the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
