※In the case of corporate registration service, a deposit of JPY 30,000 (tax exempt) will be required. It will be refunded when you leave.

Membership fee and monthly charge are paid by cash or bank transfer.The transfer fee will be borne by customer.
Membership flow
1.Offer the facility tour and admission screening
We will arrange a schedule for facility tour (free of charge), general explanation, and admission screening. Please contact us from the inquiry form.
2.Facility tour and submission the application form
You come here and check our facilities. After thtat, we explain the fees and system.
If you wish to become a member, please fill out and submit the application form, and we will conduct a admission screening.
The screening will ask about the purpose of use, company profile, business plan, etc.
3.Screeing result and contract document sending
In case of passed the screeing, the contrat is mailed.
※If the name you want has been registered in the past,we may change your registered name or refrain from joining.
4.Return of the contract and required documents
Please check the contract, stamp two copies, and return one copy. Please also enclose the following documents.
■Company
Copy of the company register and representative’s identification card
■Private
Copy of passport and appropriate visa
5.Payment/ Start using
At the first time using, we explain you the guidance and rent you key.
After that you can start using our rental office.
Precautions for use
- Prohibit for the purpose which is to get the meeting room discount mainly. The contract might be terminated by OBC.
- If the name you want has been registered in the past,we may change your registered name or refrain from joining.
- Corporate registration by Alien is regulated by relevant Japanese laws.
- Bank account opening is available, but, If you are unable to open it, please be informed us.
- Monthly service charge will be paid by cash transfer.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes, etc.) and alcohol are prohibited.
- No car parking space in our building, but paid parking space is located in next to our buiding.
- Prohibit to use the phone number, FAX number, email,etc which have the rights by OBC, excluding the address without permission.If you use it without permission, it is prohibited by the terms and conditions and you will be terminated and legal action will be taken.）
